OLD-FASHIONED BACKYARD BBQ

BurgerWe'll be celebrating summer Saturday, June 18th by throwing delicious Painted Hills beef burgers and Polish Kielbasa on the grill, serving up traditional summer sides, and pouring local craft beer, all to the sounds of The Bushels, who will be performing live in our "backyard." We'll also be concluding our fundraising initiative for local charity "Feed the Need." Will you be the winner of our Big Green Egg Giveaway? Tickets are available now through 3 pm on the 18th, when a winner will be drawn (winner need not be present to win).  

 

The fun takes place from noon until 5 pm - see you there!!

SUR Torrontes - Argentina - $13
A wonderful summertime white with dusty lemon and apple blossom aromas, followed by lemon-lime and citrus flavors. This wine has a medium-bodied palate, with a finish that evolves toward orange and pineapple.

Matthew Fritz Pinot Noir - Carneros, Calif. - $16
A tremendous value! Sourced 87% from the Carneros District of Napa Valley and 13% from the Sonoma Coast, this medium bodied Pinot has a brilliant ruby red color and complex nose of raspberry, strawberry, black cherry and a hint of vanilla.

Duck Proscuitto from Sonoma Savuer (Calif.) - $25/lb
DuckProscuittoGently smoked Moulard Duck breasts are used to produce this delicious proscuitto. They are larger and more flavorful than the common Pekin Duck breasts since they come from a duck that has produced foie gras. Fully cooked and ready to eat, they can be sliced thinly (like prosciutto) and added to a charcuterie platter or summer salad, or tossed with pesto and your favorite pasta. A real treat!
